Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 2, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ZachJHealth website or engaging our health insurance brokerage services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Client") and ZachJHealth LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), governing your access to and use of our website and health insurance brokerage services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
ZachJHealth LLC is a licensed health insurance brokerage that provides the following services:
- Insurance Consultation: We provide information and guidance about private health insurance options available in your state.
- Quote Comparison: We help you compare health insurance plans from multiple carriers based on your needs and preferences.
- Enrollment Assistance: We assist with the application and enrollment process for health insurance plans.
- Ongoing Support: We provide support for questions about your coverage, claims assistance, and annual plan reviews.
2.1 Scope of Services
We specialize exclusively in private health insurance for individuals and families. We do not provide services related to:
- ACA Marketplace plans
- Medicare or Medicare Supplement plans
- Medicaid or other government assistance programs
- Employer-sponsored group health insurance
- Life insurance, standalone dental, or standalone vision insurance
2.2 Licensed Broker
Zachary James is a licensed health insurance broker. License information and the specific states in which we are authorized to conduct business are available upon request and on our Locations Areas page.
3. No Cost to You
Our brokerage services are provided to you at no direct cost. We are compensated through commissions paid by insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan through our services. This compensation does not increase the premium you pay—you pay the same amount whether you work with a broker or go directly to the insurance carrier.
This compensation structure may create potential conflicts of interest. We are committed to acting in your best interest and providing recommendations based on your needs, not commission amounts. You are always free to ask about compensation or request quotes from carriers we may not represent.
4. Not Insurance Advice or Legal Advice
The information provided on our website and through our Services is for general informational purposes only.
- We are not providing legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
- Information about insurance plans, benefits, and coverage is subject to change and may vary based on your specific circumstances.
- You should carefully review all plan documents, including the Summary of Benefits and Coverage, before enrolling.
- For questions about specific medical conditions, treatments, or coverage, consult with the insurance carrier or a qualified professional.
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee that the information on our website or provided during consultations is complete, current, or applicable to your specific situation.
5. Your Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when requesting quotes and during the enrollment process. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage, policy cancellation, or claims being denied.
- Review Plan Documents: You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any insurance plan before enrolling, including benefits, exclusions, limitations, and costs.
- Make Your Own Decisions: While we provide guidance and recommendations, you are ultimately responsible for selecting your insurance coverage. We encourage you to ask questions and take time to make informed decisions.
- Communicate Changes: You should inform us of any changes in your circumstances (such as income, household size, or address) that may affect your coverage eligibility or options.
- Pay Premiums: You are responsible for paying insurance premiums directly to the insurance carrier. We do not collect premiums on behalf of carriers.
6. No Guarantee of Coverage
Requesting a quote or working with us does not guarantee that you will be approved for coverage or that any specific plan will be available to you. Insurance carriers make all final decisions regarding:
- Eligibility and enrollment
- Premium amounts
- Coverage effective dates
- Claims processing and payment
- Policy terms and conditions
We act as an intermediary to help facilitate the process but have no control over carrier decisions.
7. Website Use
7.1 Permitted Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes to learn about our services, request quotes, and communicate with us. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or related systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the website
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
7.2 Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ZachJHealth LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
8. Third-Party Links and Services

We provide these links for your convenience but do not endorse or control these third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party websites.
When you enroll in an insurance plan, you will enter into a separate agreement with the insurance carrier. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the carrier's performance or decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- ZachJHealth LLC, its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or Services.
- We shall not be liable for any decisions you make based on information or recommendations we provide.
- We shall not be liable for any actions or inactions of insurance carriers, including claim denials, coverage disputes, or policy cancellations.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount of commissions we received in connection with your enrollment, if any.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may stop using our Services at any time. If you have enrolled in an insurance plan through our Services, termination of our relationship does not affect your insurance coverage—your policy remains in effect according to its terms with the insurance carrier.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
